Star Wars Hunters: All characters, classes, and abilities

Star Wars Hunters features an array of some of the most iconic characters and alien races from the Star Wars universe. You will be able to play as these characters in the shooter each boasting their own unique abilities and weapons.

As Star Wars Hunters is a 4v4 shooter, character synergy and meta will play a big role in how easily you can round out matches. Hence, it’s important to get a firm grasp of what all the characters are capable of ahead of the shooter’s official release on June 4, 2024.

Therefore, below is a list of all the classes in Star Wars Hunters, the characters that fall under them, and their abilities.

All Tank class characters in Star Wars Hunters

1) Charr

Charr Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Scatter Gun: A Shotgun that fires a spray of pellets. It’s a close-range weapon but deals an incredible amount of damage.

Passive

  • Dig In: Charr gets reduced knockback by digging his claws into the ground.

Abilities

  • Regen Booster: For a short time all incoming damage turns into healing. Charr will be invincible during this time.
  • Snare Trap: Charr places a trap on the ground which activates when an enemy walks by them. Enemies that get caught in the trap will be held in place for some time.
  • Laser Tether: Charr will attach a laser tether to an enemy. It will snare them and force them to stay close to him. 

Ultimate

  • Ferocious Hunt: Charr will gain more speed and replace his Scatter Gun with a melee weapon. The weapon is capable of pinning enemies and the ultimate duration will extend with each kill.

2) Grozz

Grozz Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Improvised Clubs: Grozz wield s a two-handed melee weapon as his primary. It deals a lot of damage but is very close range.

Passive

  • N/A

Abilities

  • Stampede: Grozz will run forward grabbing the first enemy he runs into. He deals a lot of damage to them while knocking away any enemy he runs into.
  • War Cry: The Wookie lets out a roar and will restore his missing health.
  • Upheaval: Grozz will throw enemies in the air by slamming his weapons. It will also slow them down.

Ultimate

  • Boulder Bash: Grozz rips the ground and picks up a boulder. He then throws it making it bounce around the arena damaging and stunning enemies it hit.

3) Sentinel

Sentinel Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • E-Web Heavy Repeater: Sentinel uses a Gatling Gun as his primary weapon. It’s a long-range armament that shoots at a rapid pace. However, it can overheat if used for too long.

Passive

  • N/A

Abilities

  • Combat Shield: Sentinel makes an energy shield that forms around his gun. It blocks incoming damage while buffing his own rate of fire.
  • Suppressing Shot: Sentinel will charge a shot, however, it will cost heat to use. Enemies hit by it will be knocked down.
  • Barrel Slam: Sentinel will swing his weapon around. It will damage enemies and knock back if they are in the AoE.

Ultimate

  • Empire’s Finest: Sentinel will conjure two Stormtroopers to help him.

4) Slingshot

Slingshot Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Twin Blaster Cannons: Slingshot uses two cannons mounted on either sides side of his Droideka.

Passive

  • Rollout: When out of combat, Slingshot rolls around in his Droideka rolls damaging and knocking any enemy her runs into.

Abilities

  • Trickshot: This ability has a small wind-up time. After the period is over Slingshot will blast forward inflicting damage to enemies hit and knocking them back.
  • Unstable Shield: The Droideka makes a shield that blocks all incoming damage. The shield will explode dealing damage when destroyed.
  • Scatterbomb: Slingshot will fire a barrage of rockets. It comes out fast and has a sort range.

Ultimate

  • Rocket Stomp!: Slingshot leaps into the air and repeatedly slams into the ground. The ability deals a lot of damage and slows down the enemy affected by its AoE.

All Damage class characters in Star Wars Hunters

1) Diago

Diago Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Slugthrower Rifle: Diago carries a very powerful rifle that deals a significant amount of damage and cannot be blocked by Lightsabers. However, it has a very slow rate of fire.

Passive

  • Escape Plan: Diago comes with a grappler which allows him to swing to some ledges when jumping.

Abilities

  • Proximity Mine: Daigo will set down a mine that will explode and deal damage to enemies when they walk by it.
  • Heightened Senses: Daigo can use this ability to reveal enemies through walls.

Ultimate

  • Piercing Rounds: Daigo loads his rifle with special ammo which deals a lot of damage to multiple enemies at once.

2) Imara Vex

Imara Vex Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Blaster Rifle: Imara has a laser rifle that has a fast rate of fire and is pretty effective at all ranges.

Passive

  • Tracking Scan: Imara reveals the location of all enemies who have very little HP remaining.

Abilities

  • Grapple: Imara has a Grappling Hook which will let her reach higher ledges easily.
  • Missile Launcher: Imara uses a lock-on missile that follows the target and deals a lot of damage to them when struck.

Ultimate

  • Seeker Salvo: Launches multiple missiles which will lock on to enemies who are in her line-of-sight.

3) Rieve

Rieve Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

Passive

  • Vicious Leap: If you hold the jump button, Rieve will deal a lot of damage to the enemy when she lands.

Abilities

  • Ruthless Pursuit: Rieve dashes forward and strikes with her Lightsaber dealing a lot of damage.
  • Lightsaber Throw: Rieve throws her saber damaging all enemies in its path. She will call the weapon back with Force.
  • Wild Defense: Rieve will block all projectiles coming her way with the Lightsaber.

Ultimate

  • Crushing Will: Rieve will pull all enemies to her and stun them followed up by a flurry of attacks. Only enemies in the ability’s AoE will be pulled in.

4) J-3DI 

J-3DI Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Lightsaber: The blue Lightsaber of a Jedi.

Passive

  • Spare Parts: Upon taking damage J-3DI will drop metal parts which he can recollect to restore health.

Abilities

  • Faux Pull: J-3DI pulls a nearby enemy to him opening them up to a follow up attack.
  • Deflecting Stance: J-3DI will use the Lighsaber to deflect projectiles and block melee attacks.

Ultimate

  • Whirlwind: Rapidly spins his Lightsaber around to hit enemies all around him for massive damage.

5) Utooni

Utooni Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Pulse Blaster and Arc Caster: The blaster knockback enemies while the Arc Caster shocks them

Passive

  • Suprise!: Utooni will drop a Sonic Grenade every time they are eliminated.

Abilities

  • Switcheroo: Utooni can constantly swap between the Pulse Blaster and Arc Caster.
  • Hands Off: Utooni ires a blast that knocks both enemies and them back.
  • Ion Imploder: Utooni will throw a grenade which will pull enemies in.

Ultimate

  • Scrap Cannon: Utooni uses spare parts and builds a cannon that fires a laser for some time. The laser does a lot of damage.

6) Aran Tal

Aran Tal Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Dual Blaster Pistols: Standard double pistols

Passive:

  • Tal’s Breath: Fires a flamethrower in a beam straight ahead.

Abilities:

  • Jetpack Boost: Gains a quick boost in any direction, will deal damage and knock enemies back. Can be used twice before recharging.
  • Air Assault: Flies forward using the jetpack and slams into the ground, all while still being able to fire his weapon.

Ultimate

  • Fury of Clan Tal (Ultimate): Aran Tal uses his jetpack to hover around the arena, while constantly using his flamethrower.

All Support class characters in Star Wars Hunters

1) Sprocket

Sprocket Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Blaster Remotes: Sprocket carries around small droids that will automatically fire at enemy hunters.

Passive

  • Turbocharged: Sprocket will gain a buff to both movement and health when low on health.

Abilities

  • Targeting Drone: Sprocket will reveal an enemy’s location and they will take increased damage.
  • Medical Droid: Sprocket will bring out a droid that will heal all teammates in the AoE.
  • Drone Defense: The ability lets him make droids that will defend him and one other teammate, reducing the damage that they take.

Ultimate

  • Ultra Turret: Sprocket brings out a turret that will fire a barrage of bullets. The turret will target those who are marked by the Targeting Drone.

2) Skora

Skora Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Dart Gun: Skora will fire small darts which will heal allies when hit but they will damage enemies.

Passive

  • Self-Heal: Skora will automatically heal and recover missing HP when out of combat.

Abilities

  • Adrenaline Boost: Skora gets a temporary speed boost. It has two charges of use before going into a cooldown.
  • Stim Shot: Skora will give additional HP to the teammates he targets.

Ultimate

  • Unstable Cocktail: Skora deploys a pool of gas. It has a large AoE and heals every teammate inside it why damaging enemies.

3) Zaina

Zaina Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Blaster Pistol: Zaina uses a small blaster that does a lot of damage but overheats easily.

Passive

  • Combat Medic: Ziana will restore more health of teammates who have low HP (critical health).

Abilities

  • Bacta Bomb: Zaina throws a healing bomb on the ground that heals teammates in burts.
  • Dodge Roll: Zaina will be able to roll and dodge through incoming projectiles.

Ultimate

  • Rallying Cry: Zaina gives a temporary HP boost to allies who are in close proximity.
