  • Enter the official Activision website.
  • Log in to your account and make sure to link your PSN/Xbox account (if you are on console) before proceeding further.
  • Click on the ‘Profile’ button to bring up your profile.
  • Click on the ‘Basic Info’ section to your left bring up a menu of sorts.
  • Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
  • Add in a valid New Zealand address and swap your location to the same. Hit Save to end the process.

PlayStation

PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players need not follow any additional steps to begin playing Black Ops 6 using the NZ trick method. Simply fire up your console and boot up the game to start playing.

Xbox

  • Head back to your Xbox One/Xbox Series X/S console and boot it up.
  • Fire up the Settings page, and scroll down to System.
  • Within the System menu, select ‘Language and Location’.
  • Swap your location to that of New Zealand.
  • Restart your console when prompted to.

PC (Microsoft Store/Game Pass; Battle.net and Steam versions cannot use the NZ trick)

  • Fire up your PC, and open up the Start Menu (Windows 10/11 only).
  • Within the Start Menu, open up the Settings page.
  • Select the ‘Time & Language’ page. Navigate to the section containing the ‘Language and Region’ tab.
  • Select New Zealand as your new location.
  • Save, and restart your PC to make the changes.

Just make sure to swap back to the default location once the game officially launches for your timezone.

While this method is unlikely to cause any bans, caution should be exercised since it is not an officially supported method.
