Dragon Age The Veilguard offers three separate pre-order editions that you will be able to get your hands on for exclusive bonuses. However, you will not have access to these bonuses during the initial hours of the game.
The RPG is not entirely clear on when you can claim the pre-order rewards, which is why many in the community are quite confused as to how they can get their hands on it.

Where to claim pre-order bonus in Dragon Age The Veilguard
To get your hands on the pre-order bonuses in Dragon Age The Veilguard, the first thing that you will be required to do is complete the introductory prologue. Once you have done that, you will then gain access to the Lighthouse, which is the base of operations for your party.
- The prolog will complete once you have faced off against one of the major antagonists of Veilgard, Solas. It’s just going to take you a couple of hours to round it out.
- Once the Lighthouse is unlocked, you will then need to look for a chest in the corner of the Infirmary Room. You will find it by making your way to the southwestern room of the Lighthouse.
- Once you find the chest you will see that it’s named Wardrobe, and you will be able to use it to change your character’s appearance and customize how they look.
- If you have pre-ordered any of the editions of Dragon Age The Veilguard, and are eligible to get your hands on the bonuses then you will be able to claim each of the rewards through the Wardrobe.
Apart from the pre-order bonuses, you will also be able to get the rewards that you claim through activate codes from the Wardrobe itself. So if you have redeemed a code you will get a notification of pending rewards when you log into Dragon Age The Veilguard next. Just walk up to the Wardrobe and interact with it to claim the rewards.
