Will your Call of Duty Black Ops 6 beta progress carry over?

The Call of Duty Black Ops 6 closed beta is in full swing, and many players may be curious if their beta progression will carry over to the full, retail version of the game. Historically, beta progression has never carried over to full retail releases of games – especially in live service titles.

This remains true for the Black Ops 6 beta as well, with developer Activision Blizzard choosing to entirely wipe your progress clean ahead of the game’s official October 25, 2024 global launch.
There do however exist a handful of in-game perks and items that will make their way over to the full version, if you progress through the beta.

How to claim the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 beta rewards

Once the betas end, players should automatically receive the cosmetic rewards in-game when they boot into Black Ops 6 for the first time. Players will likely have to complete a chunk of the game’s campaign and/or tutorial to be able to access these items though.

All Call of Duty Black Ops 6 beta rewards

A total of 9 beta rewards are available, with each reward being assigned to a corresponding tier of Player Level progression:

Black Ops 6 beta rewards
  • Level 2: Beta Tester (Emblem)
  • Level 6: Beta Tag (Spray)
  • Level 11: No Bugs (Emblem)
  • Level 15: Quick Draw (Emote)
  • Level 20: Squish (Westpoint Operator Skin; Weekend 1 unlock)
  • Level 20: Squash (Westpoint Operator Skin; Weekend 1 unlock)
  • Level 23: The Truth Lies (Westpoint Operator Skin; Weekend 1 or 2 unlock)
  • Level 27: Beta Expert (Calling Card)
  • Level 30: Bug Smasher (Weapon Blueprint)

Keep in mind that the first Weekend’s progress is hard capped to Level 20. Those who reach Level 20 within the first Weekend will gain access to the more premium Squish Operator skin – while those who wait until Weekend 2 will have to grab the lower tier Squash skin instead.

To unlock the final tier of rewards, you will have until Weekend 2 to grind to Level 30.
