Wuthering Waves 1.3 leaks have started to surface on the internet as closed beta testing has officially begun. These leaks include the possible characters that will be featured in the 1.3 update banners along with the list of events that can potentially run in the upcoming update.
This article covers the available information and leaks for the RPG‘s 1.3 patch from upcoming characters to events.

All known leaked information for Wuthering Waves 1.3 update
The Shorekeeper and Youhu were confirmed by Kuro Games to be the upcoming characters in the Wuthering Waves 1.3 patch. However, further information has been leaked about these characters such as their attributes and weapons.
The Shorekeeper is rumored to be a 5-star Spectro Rectifier user while Youhu is speculated to be a 4-star Glacio Gauntlets user.
There has also been leaked information on the character banners in Wuthering Waves Version 1.3. The two potential phases are as follows:
- Phase 1: The Shorekeeper, Youhu, Yangyang and Chixia
- Phase 2: Jiyan, Mortefi, Taoqi and Sanhua
Wuthering Waves 1.3 will also introduce the highly anticipated Black Shores region which is home to Aalto, Encore, and The Shorekeeper. This region was told by the Sentinel Jue as the next stop in the Rover’s journey to restore their memories.
