Lil Cactus is a small creature that you will encounter in various parts of the map in Visions of Mana. Finding him in all the various places will earn you diary entries along the way which will unlock great rewards as you complete new tiers, like increased EXP gain to help you level up faster.
There are a total of 38 Lil Cactus locations that you will be able to find throughout your journey in the JRPG, and the guide below goes over how to find each of them and the rewards that they unlock.

As mentioned, there are a total of 38 Lil Cactus locations that you will be able to find throughout your journey in Visions of Mana. Here is how you will be able to find them all:

| Charred Passage | The next Lil Cactus location will be on top of a small hill where the main path of the story questline takes you. |
| Arey Passage | You will find a rock with a hole in it. Go through it to reach a water body and the Lil Cactus will be near it. |
| Longren | Find him neat the tallest windmill tower in Longern. |
| Mt. Gala | You will find Lil Cactus next to a collapsed bridge. He will be hiding behind some trees. |
| Lefeya Drifts | Once you reach Lefeya Drifts, Lil Cactus can be found hanging from a collapsed stone bridge. |
| Etaern | Head to the north-west part of town to find Lil Cactus buried in some snow. |
| Fallow Steppe | In Fallow Steppe, you will find Lil Cactus at the top part of the region hanging off a cliff |
| Rhata | Find Lil Cactus behind the house towards the edge of the region. |
| Pritta Bridge | Look for a boulder jutting out of the cliff that has a tower on it. You will find him behind the cliff. |
| Ledgas Bay | In Ledgas Bay you will find Lil Cactus near some hay towards the right side of the market. |
| Illystana | Found near a row of stone circles. Look for grass paatches. |
| Luka Ruins | In Luka Ruins you will find Lil Cactus behind the water elevator hanging from a column. |
| Reignus Shrine | Look for the largest stone circle on the cliff, and you will fin Lil Cactus hanging from a boulder a bit further away. |
| Ahrvet’s Pasture | As you reach Ahrvet’s Pasture, you will find Lil Cactus in a field near a shack. |
| Dura Gorge | Look for a giant skeleton. There will be a cliff nearby that Lil Cactus is hanging from. |
| Deade Cliffs | Look for Lil Cactus on top of a small boulder. The area will be surrounded by trees. |
| Entwine Bridgepass | You will find a giant bridge in Entwine Bridgepass. Lil Cactus will be found there hanging from a broken stone pillar. |
| Khaswia Moors | Lil Cactus can be found here in the middle of the ruins. Search for it hanging off a wall. |

| Log’grattzo Dark Archives | Found outside the manor located to the left of the door on the porch. |
| Passagean Tomespire | Look for some stone inscriptions located near some bookshelves. Lil Cactus can be found close to it. |
| Radiant Playhouse Terratio | Lil Cactus can be found behind Playhouse Terratio. |
| Temple of Wendel | He can be found hanging off the edge of a cliff near a broken bridge. Make sure you look for the Grizzly Syrup as well in the location. |
| Dorpher Volcano | Look for a small stone island in the magma. Lil Cactus will be hanging off the right edge. |
| Wind Sanctum | As you make your way along the main path, you will find Lil Cactus hanging onto a stone. |
| Castle Cresceno | Lil Cactus is hanging from a collapsed bridge that leads to the castle. |

| Final Dungeon | Look for a shrubbery outside the Final Dungeon towards the south-west part of the map. You will find Lil Cactus for the last time. |
