If you have gone for the Magician class then you will have the option to turn your character into a Lightning Mage in Rune Slayer. However, to do that, you will need to find the Lightning Spirit who will provide you with the lightning-based elemental spells in the Roblox games.

How to find the Lightning Spirit in Rune Slayer
As mentioned, you will be able to become a Lightning Mage by speaking to the Lightning Spirit in Rune Slayer. It’s one of the harder NPCs to find in the title, and you will need to search for them in the mountains near Ashenshire.
So start from Ashenshire and then keep heading north till you reach the Greatwood Forest. Once here you will need to go further up to the spire ahead until you come across a swamp. From here, head right and go around the big tree taking the path that leads to a mountain.
One marker that will note that you have reached the right location will be a rope that will be hanging close by. You can either use the rope to climb up, but there are other abilities in the game that you can use to reach the location.
Once you keep making your way to the peak, you will eventually get a notification that you have reached Stormpeak. Now, do keep in mind that the climb top is not without danger. You will be attacked by Storm Callers during your ascent. You will need to take these enemies out as it’s one of the requisites for getting the Lightning Spells from the Lightning Spirit.
Once you beat the Storm Callers and have reached the peak, you will find the NPC.
How to become a Lightning Mage in Rune Slayer
Once you have reached the peak, you will need to talk to the Lightning Spirit NPC, but before you do that, make sure you have accumulated enough Electrical Energy by taking out the Storm Callers. Once you have met the requirement, upon interacting with the Spirit you will get to unlock out out of three of the Lighting Spells that are currently available.
Here are the three Lightning-based Spells that are currently available in Rune Slayer:
- Storm Sphere
- Chain Lightning
- Thunder Strike.
To unlock each of them, you will need to repeat the process an additional two times. But once you have obtained all three spells, you will be able to turn your Sorcerer into a Lightning Mage in Rune Slayer.
